Presenters are required to register and will receive complimentary registration for the day of their scheduled presentation(s). Speakers will be contacted with registration instructions once registration opens. Presenters who wish to attend on additional days must register and pay for additional days.
Please complete the form below to submit your A/V needs. If you are presenting multiple sessions, you will need to submit a form for each presentation.
Discounted rates for attendees and speakers have been secured at the Richmond Marriott, our official conference hotel. Discounted rates at other nearby hotels can be found on our Accommodations page. Conference presenters are not paid nor reimbursed for travel/lodging expenses.
PRESENTATIONS AND HANDOUTS
Please upload your presentation by Oct. 10. Your presentation(s) will be pre-loaded onto the conference computer located in your session room. We strongly recommend that you bring a backup of your presentation on a USB flash drive. Download the ArchEx PRESENTATION TEMPLATE.
We are continually working toward a greener conference by limiting the amount of paper we use. With that in mind we are asking you to submit any handout files to us electronically.
CONFERENCE MOBILE APP
The conference mobile app will become available approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the conference via email and on the conference website. Be sure to install the free mobile app on your smart phone to access the most up-to-date conference information including schedules, session information, session room locations, speaker bios, attendee networking, etc.
