PLAN YOUR VISIT TO THE EXHIBIT HALL

Use the ArchEx app or view the list of exhibitors here (http://archex.net/current-exhibitors/) and plan to spend time with these cutting-edge vendors and service providers. Their participation helps make ArchEx possible. The exhibit hall is open Thursday, Nov. 2nd from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday, Nov. 3rd from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. AIA/CES learning unit self-report forms are available at the registration desk.

WIN A DRONE

Visit the exhibit hall, talk with 12 or more exhibitors for your chance to win a DJI Mavic Pro Quadcopter with Remote Controller aerial photography and videography drone. One of the most popular models used by architects! Look for the grand prize card in your registration bag and visit with the exhibitors for your chance to win.

KEEP US GREEN

In an effort to be green, we ask that you bring your water bottle to refill at the filtered water fountains or visit the water stations in the registration lobby and the exhibit hall.

DIRECTIONS & PARKING

Directions to the Greater Richmond Convention Center and detailed parking information and options can be found here (http://www.richmondcenter.com/attending/parking-directions/).

Make sure you leave enough time to find parking if you are driving to the convention center.

CHECK-IN

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your session to allow time for parking and picking up your badge and conference materials at registration. On Wednesday, coffee will be available for purchase at the Cyber Cafe, and enjoy free coffee in registration lobby and exhibit hall on Thursday and Friday.

REGISTRATION DESK HOURS

ArchEx registration is located outside Ballrooms B&C on the 2nd level of the convention center

  • Wednesday, Nov. 1 :: 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Thursday, Nov. 2 :: 6:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
  • Friday, Nov. 3 :: 6:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

LEARNING UNITS & SIGN-IN PROCEDURES

You must sign in to each session (except for the general session and keynote address) to receive AIA/CES learning units. Non-members must also sign in order to receive a certificate of attendance. The ArchEx app notes the HSW status of learning units.
